This is a safe space for girlies (18+) to move and groove. It doesn’t matter if you are new to running, or you are a professional athlete, we welcome all abilities and encourage anyone with a love for running, nature, or socialising to get involved. Come alone, come with friends, or come and make new friends.
We are a community of girls supporting girls. We jog to feel good, enjoy the outside, connect with likeminded girlies, and realise our potential.
Everybody is treated equally with nothing but kindness and respect. Our community is a safe space for everyone. This community is open for all abilities, and so we will do our best to ensure everyone is able to take part. We are all responsible for our own safety and we respect the privacy of others. To ensure everybody gets the best out
Everybody is treated equally with nothing but kindness and respect. Our community is a safe space for everyone. This community is open for all abilities, and so we will do our best to ensure everyone is able to take part. We are all responsible for our own safety and we respect the privacy of others. To ensure everybody gets the best out of this community, we have come up with some general guidelines. Anyone who does not align with these, will politely be asked to leave the group. This is to ensure our space remains safe and friendly.

The lovely thing about a running community is you can connect with other girlies despite having anything else in common, including age. Our community is for girls 18+, and currently we have lots of wonderful girls in their 20s and 30s.
Please do not worry about pace. Our chatty runs are inclusive for all and the ONLY aim of the run is to have fun, not to run a certain pace or distance. Naturally people split into smaller pace matched groups, however there is never any pressure to run the whole route. Walking is always an option. I will always make sure people have the route so they do not get lost. We tend to enjoy social running because it distracts us from thinking just about how quickly or far we are running. Time really does fly by when you are in great conversation
